White Noise, Seven Hours, and Plenty of O

What do you do to improve your sleep?

I use a few things: about ten years ago, I was diagnosed with sleep apnea. My insurance paid for a CPAP machine preseeded by multiple sleep studies. It’s kind of trippy sleeping in a hospital room that looks and feels homey. That is, until the nurse comes in and slaps electrodes on my head and chest. I also try to get at least seven hours of sleep each night with about an hour of wind-down time before hitting the proverbial hay. I would try one of those sound machines, but the white noise of my CPAP machine would drown it out.
