Okay, so on work days I don’t eat a breakfast per se. I have a biscuit or a croissant with my coffee during my morning break around 9:30 a.m–about four hours after I get up. I know I should be eating right when I get up so perhaps that will be another year’s resolution. Dropping coffee for tea is another resolution for another year.
