Oakland’s mayor Sheng Thao met with MLB Commissioner Rob Manfred toting 31 copies of the plans, proposals, and all of the work that has gone into the Howard Terminal project that proved the City of Oakland has been working in good faith with John Fisher and the Oakland A’s to help build a municipal baseball park.
